1. Return Eligibility

Customers can apply for returns within 30 calendar days from the date of order delivery. All returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and kept in original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any worn, altered, stained or damaged items caused by personal reasons will not be accepted for return or refund.
Our return service only applies to products purchased directly from the MOTIMO official website. Items purchased from third-party platforms are not covered by our policy.

2. Valid Return Reasons

We accept returns for the following legitimate reasons:
  • Products with quality problems, such as broken stitches, fabric defects, color difference or damage
  • Incorrect items or wrong sizes delivered by our side
  • Unsuitable size or style (items must be kept brand new)

3. Return Shipping Fee Rules

If the return is caused by product quality problems or our delivery errors, we will bear the full return shipping cost.
If the return is due to personal reasons such as inappropriate size or dislike of style, the customer shall be responsible for the return shipping fee. Our original shipping cost (if any) will not be refunded.

4. Refund Process

Step 2: Wait for our team’s review and return approval. We will reply and send detailed return instructions within 24 hours.
Step 3: Send back the item according to the specified return address, and provide us with the return tracking number.
Step 4: We will inspect the returned goods within 3-5 working days after receiving the package. Once confirmed qualified, we will process your refund immediately.

5. Refund Method & Arrival Time

All refunds will be returned to youroriginal payment account. The refund arrival time depends on your payment channel, usually taking 3-7 working days to arrive in your account.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds under the following circumstances:
  • Return application exceeds the 30-day return period
  • Items are worn, washed, damaged, or lack original tags and packaging
  • Man-made damage, accidental damage or improper cleaning damage
  • Custom or personalized products (if applicable)
