1. Shipping Origin

All products are stocked and shipped directly from our UK warehouse (Bradford, England). We provide local door-to-door delivery services for all customers, ensuring fast processing and stable logistics.

2. Shipping Fee Rules

We adopt a clear and transparent shipping fee standard with no hidden charges:
  • Free Shipping: All orders with a subtotal of $59 and above qualify for completely free standard shipping.
  • Flat Shipping Rate: Orders under $59 will be charged a fixed shipping fee of $7.99.

3. Processing Time

All orders will be processed, verified, and packed within 24 working hours after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Time

Standard door-to-door delivery takes 5–7 working days after order dispatch. Delivery time may be slightly delayed due to bad weather, logistics peak seasons, or remote delivery areas, which is beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send a unique tracking number to your registered email. You can check the real-time delivery status online anytime until your package arrives.

6. Shipping Address Reminder

Please fill in your accurate and complete delivery address, including postcode and contact information. We are not responsible for delivery failures or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete customer address information.

7. Undeliverable & Returned Packages

If the package is returned due to customer reasons such as wrong address, unreachable contact, or refused receipt, the customer shall bear the secondary shipping fee and related logistics losses.
